Ordering:
Select and click the photo topic of interest:The Topic Gallery will open. Click on the thumbnail image to view an enlarged image and ordering information on the product page.
Place the photo art in your shopping cart: From the product page you first select the "print size & framing options" desired from the pull down menu. Then click on "add to cart".
Please note that placing the photo art in the shopping cart does not constitute a commitment. It can easily be removed. Once art is placed in shopping cart you can delete a selected image, change the quantity, continue shopping, or checkout.
Proceed to checkout: Once you are ready to buy, proceed to the shopping cart page via the Purchasing Menu or by clicking the Shopping Cart symbol on the top-right of any page. On the Shopping Cart page click on "checkout".
Complete the purchase: verify payment due and select and provide billing information. At the end of the process you will receive a statement, which may be printed and saved for your records or included in fax or mail payments. Shortly after the completion of your order, you should receive a confirming email and a subsequent email when your photo art prints have shipped. IF there is log in this paragraph will change.

If you select credit card, you can take advantage of our automated credit authorization We accept Mastercard, Visa.
Automated Credit Card Authorization is the quickest and easiest method. All credit card information is authorized by secure verification and communication. In most cases the credit card authorization is completed in minutes and the order can be processed immediately.
Print Quality
Please note that computer monitor images have much lower resolution and often have color differences from the actual print. The images you are viewing are at 72 dpi (dots per inch) versus 300 to 1440 dpi for the actual print. This difference means that the print generally shows greater contrast, texture, tonal range, saturation, scale, etc. than a screen image. In addition, computer monitors are often calibrated differently and can therefore introduce difference in brightness, contrast and color. While we have made every effort to present images that represent the final print well, you will find that the actual print is even more appealing.
All our photographic prints are individually printed and framed to order to maintain the best possible level of quality.
Shipping and Delivery:
Orders will usually be despatched/shipped scouriers within 10-12 working days of receipt of order and completion of payment and/or payment authorizationS. Most of the time prints are shipped within 5-7 working days. This time can vary somewhat depending on photo art and framing options selected. Large sized framed art that is over the maximum size for couriers will be shipped by other freight carriers. On receipt of payment we will mail you order confirmation wherein a probable despatch date will be mentioned. If you need urgent or rushed shipping please be free to mail us at mail@hautecouture.in and we will send you the best options that we would have considering the current conditions.
Packing
The Frames will be wrapped in bubble polyethelene sheet and wrapped/packed in corrugated sheet/carton. All International despatches will be by DHL courier service.
