Billing Information
Buyers in India may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Internet Banking or by Cheque. Buyers outside India may pay by Credit Card only. If you select credit card, you can take advantage of our automated credit authorization through our secure gateway made available to us by EBS a licensee of Citibank India. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards. All credit card information is authorized by Citibank, which employs secure communication. In most cases the credit card authorization is completed in minutes and the order can be processed immediately.
Shipping & Delivery Details
International Orders will be dispatched/shipped via DHL couriers. In India we use local couriers as per destination. Orders are usually shipped within 10 working days of receipt of order and completion of payment and/or payment authorization. Most of the time prints are shipped within 5-7 working days. This time can vary somewhat depending on photo art and framing options selected. Large sized framed art that is over the maximum size for DHL /local carriers will be shipped by other freight carriers. On receipt of payment we will mail you order confirmation wherein a probable dispatch date will be mentioned.
