Q1. How will you dispatch my order?
A. International Orders will be dispatched/shipped via DHL couriers. In India we use local couriers as per destination.
Q2. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 10 working days of receipt of order and completion of payment and/or payment authorization. This time can vary somewhat depending on photo art and framing options selected.
Q3.What do you charge for shipping and handling?
A. It is on the site itself.
Q4 .Can we pay in any other currency besides U.S Dollars?
A. The amount debited from your a/c will be in your local currency at the current equivalent to the US dollar price of the item ordered. Customers in India will have the option to pay in Indian Rupees
Q5. Can I return an Item?
A. For information of our customers, each order placed at Haute Couture is specially customised for the individual customer & utmost care is taken to meet the demands, hence we respect the customers to support our system
Q6. Do you accept personal cheques?
A. We accept the payment by Credit Card/Debit Card/Online Internet Banking(in India only) or by International money or Bank Draft payable in or local Mumbai cheque. These may be sent to our office by post along with a printout of the order (this facility is available on the site)
Q7. Can I gift any item to my relatives in India or any other country?
A. Yes, you can send the payment and advise us accordingly and we will courier the item anywhere you want as a gift with a special message that you wish to send.
