Payment Policy
Please note that all orders are shipped only upon receipt of the payment in our bank account. We offer the following methods of safe and secure payment to buy the photo art online our site.
For Online Orders
Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking / for buying art online
You can pay confidently using Visa, MasterCard. We have taken care to ensure that card transactions are safe for you and that there are no fraudulent orders. Each card transaction is verified for genuineness using a variety of parameters. For your absolute security, we DO NOT COLLECT and store Credit card information at Haute Couture.
After adding the photo art to your Shopping Cart and Confirm the Order, we will redirect you through EBS Payment Gateway to make your payment by Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking. If the Name of Buyer does not match with the name in the Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking used, the payment transaction will be rejected. So please ensure that Buyer's name and the Name in the Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking used for purchase are the same. This is implemented to avoid fraudulent use of Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking.
After the order is submitted and your transaction is successful, we will send you an email of an order copy and an approximate shipment date. Your card will not be charged until we confirm that all materials required for the photo art ordered are in our control and we can adhere to the shipment date in the email as above.
The card will be charged only after fraud verification. On your completing the credit card transaction, you will receive email confirmation from us. After your card is charged and money is credited to our account, we will intimate you with confirmation of receipt of payment and status of shipping. As soon as the product is shipped, we will intimate you.
Cheque Payment / IB Transfer Option
We offer a cheque payment option for those who do not wish to pay online. This option is offered as a payment option after you finish your cart. You will be asked to fill in a form and mail it to us with your cheque/DD and.or deposit your cheque in our bank account at HSBC. Deposit may be made at any branch of HSBC in India. To help facilitate an early delivery, we would request you to kindly mail us at mail@hautecouture.in with a copy of the said form along with a scan of your cheque/DD as an email attachment. We will start processing your order on receipt of your email, but will wait for the cheque to be received and realised before despatch. We will confirm the approximate shipping date replying to your email . Please note that you should make payments ONLY to details mentioned here in on this page. We will never send an email or phone you with payment details. Please be aware of fraudulent emails / phone calls. Kindly read the terms and condtions. In the event that Haute Couture does not receive your payment cheque within 7 working days Haute Couture reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
